It's also great that you're just a short walk away from College Hill Park and Chipotle, making it easy to explore the area and grab a bite after a day of sightseeing.

The staff was very nice at this place, especially the woman at the front desk. Mario in maintenance? That guy is a real lifesaver, came in and fixed my TV remote with such a positive vibe that it just brightened my day.

We loved walking through the beautiful woodland paths at Botanica and enjoyed our time at the indoor pool to escape the hot, humid summer. This spot is super close to the Intrust Bank Arena and Sedgwick County Zoo, making it so easy to explore!

One downside was the noise from neighboring guests one night. It was a bit disruptive, especially since we had an early morning planned.

Ear plugs were provided but didn’t fully block the noise. There were also minor maintenance issues in the room, like a dripping AC unit that left the carpet wet. Just a bit more attention to noise control and room upkeep would make a big difference.

We stayed here while attending an awards banquet, and the catered food was wonderful. However, the service at the bar left much to be desired. the bartender seemed overwhelmed and made several mistakes with orders. Overall, we had a great time, just a bit let down by the bar situation.
